Therapy Uncomplicated with Dylan and Rex

Welcome! Whether you have never been to therapy, and want to learn about mental health, or if you want to engage with supplementary mental health topics, our podcast, Therapy Uncomplicated, is here for you.

A Podcast tailored for those who seek a solution to wellness.

Therapy Uncomplicated is a podcast for people who feel alone and unsupported with their day-to-day struggles. Our goal is to show that mental health isn’t something to be afraid of. We provide the “whys” and the “hows” for a path to wellness. We are here to promote positive change by offering perspectives that challenge stigmas and encourage people to go to therapy.
